When you send us a message we collect the details you type into the form. That means your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, what you want to grow and anything you tell us about your business. We also record whether you asked to receive marketing tips by email.

When you call us we keep a record of the call so we can follow up. If we ever use call tracking, that record may include the number you called from and the length of the call.

We also collect basic analytics about how people use this website, such as which pages were visited and roughly where in the world the visit came from. Analytics may use cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare a plan or a quote, and to provide the services you ask us for. We use analytics to understand what people find useful on this site so we can improve it. We use marketing email only if you asked for it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. We keep client records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Who else handles it

Our website hosting provider stores this site and its logs. Our form provider processes messages you send through this site. Our analytics provider processes website usage data. Our email provider sends and stores email. These companies act on our instructions and may store data outside Canada.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Call us at 226 698 1225 and we will help.

Marketing email and consent

Canada's Anti Spam Legislation, known as CASL, means we only send marketing email to people who asked for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we keep a record of when and how you gave consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by using that link or by calling us.
